Get ready for an unforgettable day of fun, laughter, and community spirit at Quarry Church's 2024 Harvest Festival, themed "Country Fair!" Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 22nd, right after our morning services, as we transform our outdoor space into a vibrant fairground full of exciting activities and delicious food!
PRE-REGISTER to skip the line on event day! By registering, you will be entered into a giveaway featuring gifts from various local businesses. There's something each member of your family will enjoy in this giveaway. The winner will be announced during the Harvest Festival!

This year we will have: Fair Games, Cake Walk, Petting Zoo, Wagon Rides, Pie Eating Contest, Live Music, Bingo, Free Popcorn Bar, and More! You and your kids can win prizes at a majority of the activities. We'll also have some of our favorite food trucks on-site, ready to provide you with delicious eats - The Pork Chop Guys, Mac's Mini Donuts, What's the Scoop, and The Corndog Company!

Harvest Fest FAQs

Do I need tickets for this event?

We are asking families to pre-register for the event if you can. There will also be a registration table at the festival where you can get registered day-of. This is helpful in our preparations both for this year and next year's Harvest Festival so that we know how many people to plan for!

Is there anything I need to pay for at the festival?

The festival itself and all activities there are free to anyone who comes. The only things you need money for is if you would like to purchase food from any of the food trucks that will be attending. As a reminder, we will have The Pork Chop Guys, Mac's Mini Donuts, What's the Scoop (ice cream), and The Corndog Company. We will also have a free popcorn bar if you're just looking for something to snack on. 

Do I need to attend a Sunday service to attend the festival?

While we would LOVE for you to join us for one of our services at 9 or 10:30 AM - it is not required for the festival. Everyone is always welcome at the Quarry during either of our services. We have kids ministry that takes place during either service on Sundays and we also have student ministry gatherings on Wednesdays throughout the school year.  

Safety & Security

We will have a group of volunteers directing cars for safe and easy parking at the event. We will also have multiple security members onsite during the event. We ask that you stay with and watch over any children that come with you for their own safety.
